1.  Where can I purchase John Michael’s health products?

 

You can purchase our products on our online store, and Amazon.com

2.  How can I receive news and updates?

 

We have an email subscriber list.  You can access that here (bottom of the homepage) to receive all future news updates, product launch deals, and special promotions.

3.  How long before I see results?

Results vary depending on the product and the individual. Some products start working shortly after use, while others can take a few weeks before you see real results. Your best bet is to take a product consistently, as suggested, for a period of time to let your body take in the beneficial nutrients. Although most of our customers are very happy with our products, all supplements may not work for everyone.

4.  What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. 

 

Standard Shipping within the US arrives within 2-7 days. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  Standard Shipping in the US is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Freely Associated States, United States Territories, and Possessions. ​

5.  Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently only offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico.  All orders are processed within 1-2 days.

6.  What is your return/refund policy?

Your satisfaction with our products is completely guaranteed for a full 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply write a brief explanation of your negative experience with the product to info@johnmichaelshealth.com and write "Return/Refund" in the subject line. 

 

We will then be happy to issue you a refund for your order.
